Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Includes full tracking
  • Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Basic tracking included

Please Note: We ship worldwide but cannot deliver to certain Asian countries and remote locations due to customs restrictions. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • You must initiate the return within 15 days of receiving your order
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Crushed Malt | Grain (due to perishable nature)
  • Beer Kit Consumables (opened packages)
  • Crown Corks (hygiene reasons once opened)
  • Any brewing ingredients that have been opened or used

How to Initiate a Return

Follow these simple steps:

  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely repack the item in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our Gloucester address (provided in your RMA email). We recommend using a trackable service as you’re responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Exchanges
