In addition to the kit, you will also require to make your SG Wines Merlot Wine Kit:
– Fermenting Bin (30 L) or 2
– Airlock
– Secondary  Fermenter (minimum 6 gal / 23 L) if not got a 2nd Fermenting bin
– Mixing Spoon- Hydrometer
– Thermometer for fermenting bin
– Syphon 
– Cleaner & Steriliser
– *Sugar – Brewing Sugar
– 30 x 750 ml wine bottles

– 30 corks

– Corker

*The gold Merlot kit requires the addition of 3 kg of granulated sugar (sucrose) or 3.3 kg of brewing sugar (dextrose) for fermentation. We also recommend adding up to 180 g of sugar to sweeten the wine when bottling.
