Our Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • The item must not be part of our non-returnable items (see below)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Crushed Malt | Grain (due to perishable nature)
  • Beer Kit Consumables (opened packages)
  • Crown Corks (hygiene reasons once opened)
  • Any brewing ingredients that have been opened or used

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your return request. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Gloucester address (provided in your RMA email). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process
